( Top )Where do I find Schedules, Appendices, and flowcharts?

Schedules, Appendices, and flowcharts are now available in the Associated Information link at the top of each policy document.  These are now linked as pdf files. 

If in doubt, you can always use the Search function to find documents, including Associated Information.

( Top )Who do I contact if I need help or further information?

If you can't find the document you are looking for or require assistance using Policy Central please email the Policy team in Governance Services policy@mq.edu.au

IIf you have a general enquiry regarding a policy document, direct this to the Enquiries Contact.

If you need advice regarding the application of a policy document or interpretation regarding a policy document, contact the Responsible Officer. 

The Enquiries Contact and Responsible Officer details for each policy document are recorded under ‘Status and Details’.  Open the document, and then click the link to the ‘Status and Details’ page (located at top of the document in the menu bar).

( Top )How can I get a copy of an historic version?

For versions prior to 22 February 2021, contact the Policy team in Governance Services policy@mq.edu.au

For versions after 22 February 2021, open the relevant document, and select Historic Versions from the menu bar at the top of the document. 

 

( Top )Where do I find Delegations of Authority Registers, including for Controlled Entities?

The Reserved Powers of Council and Council and Council Committees, the University’s Delegations of Authority Register, and the Delegations of Authority Registers for Controlled Entities are all available in the Associated Information tab of the Delegations of Authority Policy

If in doubt, you can always use the Search function to find documents, including Associated Information.

The stages in the policy review and development cycle are:

    Stage 1 – Approval to Proceed

    Stage 2 – Drafting and Writing

    Stage 3  – Consultation

    Stage 4 – Document Approval

    Stage 5 – Publication

    Stage 6 – Implement and Communicate

    Stage 7 – Evaluate and Review
