Summary of Changes from Previous Version

25 November 2025 - Academic Senate approved the Course Transfer Policy with effect from 1 July 2026 (Res AS25/102).


As part of this approval, a new clause 27 was also approved, with effect from 1 January 2027. The additional clause will read:


"(27) Successful applicants will have the grades and marks of any units of study they have completed that will count for credit within their new course or program transferred to the new course or program. These units will count in the calculation of their WAM for the new course or program. Results of units of study previously completed that do not count for credit within the new course or program will not count in the calculation of the WAM in the new course or program."
