Summary of Changes from Previous Version

8 December 2022 – University Council accepted the recommendation from the Nominations and Remuneration Committee that no amendments to the Committee’s Terms of Reference are considered necessary at this time (CNL 22/56).


16 December 2021 - University Council approved the revised Nominations and Remuneration Committee Terms of Reference for immediate effect (CNL 21/48).
