Summary of Changes from Previous Version

21 Dec 2021 – Vice-Chancellor approval of new Complaints Resolution Policy for Students and Members of the Public, and new Complaints Resolution Procedure for Students and Members of the Public. The new Policy and Procedure take effect from the commencement of Session 1 2022 (21 February 2022).


30 Aug 2021 - Administrative amendment: position title Pro Vice-Chancellor (HDR Training and Partnerships) updated to Pro Vice-Chancellor, Graduate Research.


The University launched a new policy management system in February 2021. This is the first version of this document to be published in the new system. This version is the version that was in effect at the time of the migration except that it has been reformatted, numbered, and any typographical errors have been corrected. Administrative updates have also been applied to Status and Details. Please contact policy@mq.edu.au if you require earlier versions of this document.
