Summary of Changes from Previous Version

11 August 2023 - increase in the Core Debt Limit (Appendix 4) from $500M to $650M approved by the University Council (CNL 23/30). 25 July 2023 - amendments to Section 17 (Interest Rate Risk), Section 18 (Foreign Exchange Transaction Risk) and Appendix 4 (Internal Financial Risk Metrics) approved by the Finance and Facilities Committee (FFC 23/16).
